Project B, Journal Entry 4
In this version, I tried to accomodate the feedback from Playtest session.
First of all, I fixed the issue with Elevators, because I tested only briefely, so I didn't discover that they don't reset.
Then I splited the Instruction InfoPost, because nobody really likes reading long instructions. I made 9 smaller insted, like a walkthrough untill first Checkpoint/Respawn/Autosave in the relevant places.
Then (after a consultation) I fixed another and more serious issue. This bug broke the game (literally). If someone jumps down from the start and runs through Checkpoint right away and then pushes Box in the corner, it won't reset on G. Also if Player doesn't push the Box down and runs through Checkpoint, there is no way to get to the first Box to push it to PressurePad to open the Door and the game can't be won anymore. Even G won't help, because Box stays where it is and Player can't get back up to the start, because he respawns to the Checkpoint.
This was fixed by moving Checkpoint right under the First Door.
I hope this is good enough. I got some other points during Playtesting, but I don't think everything was that relevant or necessary, or it was straight-up ruining the puzzle. But those points I addressed and fixed were really good.
